1.What is yoga?
Yoga is the union of the individual consciousness with the universal consciousness.
Yoga is a technique to balance your body and your mind.
Yoga is freedom for everything, no rule and regulation.
Yoga will happen within us anytime and anywhere.
You should prepare yourself and keep practicing.
2.Why don’t we feel happy through the material things?
We are searching for the permanent happiness.
However, we can’t get permanent happiness from the outside (material things=impermanent).
We should turn inward, listen to the inner voice, engineer our inside world.
Because whatever happens outside, It’s inside you.
So:
Being at present and living in the moment.
Don’t feel regret about the past which things have already happened.
Don’t worry about the future which things never happen.
3.How to see?
Eyes aren’t the seeker. Don’t see through your eyes.
Try to be a observer, stand by, see from the third eye.
Seer is inside you.
4.Why suffering?
Because we are trying to fulfill our senses/desires, always working on the outside.
We are spending too much time on the outside world(only for the senses).
We should be concentrated on inside,be aware and awake.
Practice, and all is coming.
5.Why are we chanting OM=AUM?
OM is the universal sound, the first word in the world.
Whatever you want, OM will give you.
Chanting OM improves your human system(vibration on seven chakra)
6.Yoga philosophy
It’s for people who long for wisdom and knowledge, seek to know all the knowledge.
Seeker are hungry, they want to know who I am.
Yogic knowledge will happen within you.

(1)Purush=soul= permanent thing=inward journey
(2)Parkriti=nature= impermanent thing=outside journey
(3)Mahat= intellect
(4)Ahankar= ego
(5)Maan= mind
(6)Panch karm indrhan= five action senses
Hand、leg、mouth、reproductive、anus
(7)Panch Ghan indrhan= five knowledge senses
Eye、nose、ear、tongue、skin
(8)Panch Tanmatra= five very subtle senses
Smell、sound、sight、taste、touch
(9)Panch Mabhoota= five elements
Space、air、fire、water、earth
(10)Panch Kalesha= five obstacles=lead us to material world

Breath is the connection between body and mind.
No breath no life. The longer breath the longer life.

Each asana remind you to be aware of breath.
When you start to control breath, you start to know yourself.
1.Udgeed pranayama
Chanting OM 7 times, feel the vibration all around your body,
2.Natural pranayama
Observe your natural breath, no force no stress, and mental counting 123
12.Sheetali pranayama(可以cool down,让自己凉快)
Inhale from mouth(卷舌),hold for 3s, exhale from nose.can cool yourself.
13.Sheetkari pranayama
Inhale from mouth(呲牙),hold for 3s, exhale from nose.can cool yourself.
14.Bhramari pranayama(专注自己内心的声音)
用手捂住耳朵,inhale nature, hold, exhale chanting M.
Stage2:坐在卷垫子上,用手捂住耳朵,nada yoga, exploration of sound, focus on listening.
15.Ujjayi pranayama
Inhale and exhale contraction, sound from throat.感受肚子的起伏。
16.roaring Lion
金刚跪坐,双手掌反向撑在大腿之间,吸气抬头眼睛注视眉心,呼气舌头深长、眼睛睁大、大声嘶吼:啊!
17.Laughter
吸气双手依次拂过肚子、胸膛、肩膀,呼气双手向上打开,大声笑出来:哈哈哈!
三、瑜伽冥想Meditation
瑜伽冥想对我而言,是一个与自己独处、关注自我内心的过程,同时训练自己的大脑,保持专注,保持积极情绪,自我探索的一个过程。终极目标是一个无我的状态,I am not the body, I am not even the mind。它可以很简单的,你随时随地都可以进行的一个练习。我们在学校学过几种冥想的方式,可以借助它们提高自己的专注力,focus on yourself。
