票价有好几个档次，第一档是基本票价，即没有任何折扣的价格，如果是直接去火车站买票应该就是按base price订票。第二档是折扣票，不可退票和乘坐其他车次，我们可以选这档。第三、四档分别是60岁以上老人票和30岁以下青年票，这个要提供当地ID才能订票。选完票价后，页面右下角打勾可以在下一页面选座。在进入下一页面前会跳出小框，意思是加钱可以有更好的服务，具体什么服务没研究过，我直接选了”continue without change”。
Free admission
Free admission is available to:
? All visitors younger than 18. Children younger than 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
? Student groups from public and private schools of Italy and of other European Union member states, with prior booking and accompanied by their teacher in the numbers established by the Head of Institute
Bookings for European Union schools are free of charge and compulsory and can be made only by telephone using the call center of Firenze Musei under the number 0039-055-294883, open from Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. Consequently, no online bookings will be accepted.
? Educators and students of architecture, cultural heritage conservation and education departments, of degree programs in literature or the humanities with a focus on archeology or art history, as well as of literature and philosophy departments (students must show proof of enrollment for the current school year).
? Fine Art Academy instructors and students (students must provide proof of enrollment for the current school year).
? On-duty tour guides (a valid license issued by the competent authority is required).
? Tourist interpreters assisting on-duty tour guides (a valid license issued by the competent authority is required)
? Employees of the Italian Ministry for Cultural Affairs.
? Members of ICOM (International Council of Museums).
? The Heads of Institute may grant free of charge admission to requesting parties for specified periods of time for study and research purposes, certified by an Italian or foreign university, academy, school, research institute or cultural organization, or by organizations of the Italian Ministry for Cultural Affairs, or for other specific and grounded reasons.
? Proof of eligibility for free admission must be presented when picking up your ticket/s.
Admission is free of charge and no booking is required for children under six years of age (also non EU citizens).
